Feb 6: Geography Field Trip

When I watch a film, I'm always keeping an eye out for little geographical details or references that I can make use of, or blog over on LivingGeography or my Cultural Geography blog.

This scene is from the Aardman animation: "The Pirates! In an adventure with Scientists!"

In this part of the film, the pirates are attempting to prove they still have it. They keep failing by attempting to rob entirely unsuitable ships, including a leper ship and a haunted ship... keep an eye out for the geography field trip....
